Pilates Sessions

Pilates improves balance, coordination, muscle tone, core strength, flexibility, and posture. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced client, you can work around physical issues or injuries, as the equipment provides essential support. Our sessions utilise the Reformer, Chair, Trapeze Table (Cadillac), and Barre. Please note, we do not offer floor Pilates sessions; we only offer Pilates on equipment.

Reformer

The reformer is a versatile piece of equipment featuring a moving carriage attached to springs for resistance. It offers a comprehensive full-body workout suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're overcoming physical limitations or seeking a challenge, the reformer delivers. By incorporating this unique equipment into your routine, you'll develop core strength, enhance flexibility, improve coordination, achieve better posture, and sculpt long, lean muscles.

Cadillac

The Cadillac is a cornerstone of Pilates equipment, aptly named for its versatility and myriad features. Designed by Joseph Pilates himself, it offers a comprehensive array of exercises. As you progress in your practice, the Cadillac allows for advanced movements, including acrobatic feats such as hanging upside down.


Tower

The Springboard, also known as the Tower, presents a vertical array of resistance springs affixed to the wall, enabling clients to engage in a full-body workout while lying down, sitting, or standing. Renowned for its safety, this apparatus ensures stability through the support of the floor beneath the body, offering a secure platform for effective training sessions.

Chair

The Pilates Chair, a compact apparatus devised by Joseph Pilates, mirrors the versatility of the Reformer while conserving space, originally crafted to accommodate the constraints of his New York studio. Certain chair exercises demand heightened core strength, facilitating its development over time. From foundational to advanced levels, the chair offers a spectrum of modifications, ensuring suitability for all strength capacities.

Ladder Barrel

Crafted to ignite core engagement, the Ladder Barrel targets postural muscles, enhancing strength, range of motion, and spinal flexibility. Through deliberate practice, it fosters muscular lengthening and refinement, elevating overall body control and suppleness.
