Jump classes are geared toward all levels of reformer clients. It's excellent for the cardio enthusiasts! This will take you through various jumps lying on your back or side using the springs as resistance. It is very low impact to the joints and will work your feet, legs, butt, abs and increase your stamina. Some classes will incorporate upper body strengthening as well. Get ready to sweat!
